I am licensed to practice in California and Pennsylvania with over 30 years of experience. I specialize in real property transactions, corporate and business transactions and organization, business contractual and employment issues, and estate planning. I focus on representing small business owners and real estate investors, and assisting with their various legal needs. I am a sole practitioner and perform all work for my clients. I aim to be personable, reliable, and available.

I focus my practice on representing individuals and small businesses. I am admitted to practice in California (since 1992) and Pennsylvania (since 2001). I have been in solo practice since 2007, before then having worked in several small practices.

My real property experience includes: purchase and sale, leasing, financing, property rights, and title issues.

My business experience includes: business organization/formation (corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships, joint ventures), equity interest sales, equity participation agreements, asset/business sales, employment agreements, personal property leasing and financing, commercial contracts, and licensing agreements.

My estate planning experience includes: counseling regarding available estate planning devices and appropriate type of entity regarding existing estate plans, preparation of wills, living, insurance, and special needs trusts, powers of attorney, advance health directives, and formation and management of family limited partnerships/family limited liability companies.

I attended Princeton University (AB 1986) and the University of San Francisco (JD 1992).
I have two adult children and my wife and I travel to see them as frequently as possible.​​​
